How to be more confident
The number one way to be more confident in my opinion is to have a healthy diet that gives you the energy to pursue your passions in life. For example, eating foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These foods will give you the energy to have a more productive day and feel better about yourself. Notice when you eat processed food from a fast-food restaurant. Upon arriving home you sit down watch Netflix or just go to sleep! Who knows maybe you have projects, school work, or a business idea you can work on. Let’s make a change to be more confident and eat healthy foods that are rich in antioxidants. Example: Quinoa, Bananas, kale, spinach, and Avocados.
Change your environment
Another way to be more confident is to change your environment. Hang around people that are going to build you up. Also, make sure they are aligned with your goals and dreams. Have you ever hung around people that are complaining about life or speaking about an idea but never taking action? this is not alpha behavior. I think it’s imperative to get around people who build you up and don’t bring you down. They are dreamers and are passionate about life. This will help you be more confident, feel more empowered to take action because you are aligned with people who have the same mindset. I want you to do me a favor. Look at the five people you hang out with the most. If these are the people you want to go on your journey with then, by all means, keep moving towards your greatness. Yet, if there is an issue and you aspire for more. Change your circle of influence. You must evaluate yourself weekly to see if you aligned with your purpose and go full speed ahead.
Pray, meditate and get your energy right
When I wake up in the morning I speak to the man upstairs because I want to start my day off with a bang. This is my process you must establish your process whether that’s Yoga, affirmations whatever brings you to a strong start. Refrain from when waking up and thinking about “what I going to wear”, rushing, falling, running late. Hey, I can relate this was the story of my life for a while. Take the time by waking up a little earlier this will help you be more alert, ready for the day, and center for any tasks ahead. This will indeed make you more confident because your energy is aligned and you’re not all over the place.
Increase your knowledge!
Turn off the TV!!! I understand this can be a very tough tv, internet any social media distraction that is not benefiting your life is not worth lowering your vibration. Which in the end will lower your confidence? We need to read books that build us up. It makes us want to experience something new and brings us information that can help better our future. By reading more this will help us develop our minds. If you are going to watch TV make sure it’s programs that are going to motivate you to dream. Positive images that will make you feel good because how you feel raises your vibration. Build on that daily and your confidence will boost. In your car listen to audiobooks that are going to build you up. For example, you can listen to the audio by Tony Robbins here! I went to a seminar a few years back and during that seminar, it took me out my comfort zone and put me around people that helped bring me out of my comfort zone. Listening to him speak and previously listening to his audios helped me develop the confidence to get out of my comfort zone. In addition to being more confident throughout my life.
Create your ideal self
To be more confident it’s important that you first visualize the person you want to be. This may require you to get a sheet of paper and write down the ultimate goal you wish to attain. Also the physique you aim to acquire. the clothing you wish to purchase. The car, home, and ideal woman. This is the time to be free to go back like you did in school, brainstorm, and visualize. I previously had a difficult time doing this exercise because I couldn’t imagine myself doing something greater than my circumstances presented at the time. Yet, with the right mentors and belief, you can do anything you put your mind to alpha. So be confident and unafraid to dream BiG!!! Now once you know what your ideal self looks like this is the most important step. Take massive action! The bible says faith without works is dead. That’s why people need to visualize and work towards attaining their goals. Also, attend networking events, join groups that are aligned with your purpose, create a business that requires you to move towards the direction of your purpose in life. The reason why you feel less confident is that your most likely are not pursuing your purpose. So do yourself a favor take massive action starting today. Until next time Alphas stay hungry!
